About 70% of the workforce in the United States plunged unexpectedly int o remote work in 2020 to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We are rapidly appr oaching another mass transition, as organizations begin to reopen physical spaces for “normal” operations. Work-life will likely look different than i t did before the pandemic, even for those returning to their pre-pandemic w ork spaces. This time, though, we have an opportunity to “go forward to wor k” with intention and care. In this interactive session, attendees will be invited to share experiences, ideas, and resources and collaboratively cons truct a framework to support planning for this work-life change.
